Saundra "Pip" R. (Brayant) Stephens

Pittsburgh, PA - On Tuesday, October 31, 2017, Saundra R. "Pip" (Bryant) Stephens, age 65, passed away at Andover Village Nursing & Rehabilitation in Andover, OH.  She was born on December 3, 1951 in Pittsburgh, PA to John and Lucy Bryant.

Saundra is survived by her sons, Bryan (Tiffany Cameron) Stephens of Warren, OH, Eric (Ange) Stephens of Mebane, NC; granddaughter, Alexis of Mebane, NC, former husband, William E. "Bucky" Stephens; brothers, Jayden Stephens, Raymond "RayRay" Hill III; nephew, Harold "Scamp" Bryant of FL; niece, Nicole Stephens of Pittsburgh and many other nieces and nephews.

Pip was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, had a passion for cooking which she passed onto her son Bryan who is now a chef.  One of her favorite things to cook was her famous chicken wings.  She also enjoyed going to Kennywood Park and the last time she was there both her and her former husband, "Bucky," ate French fries at the Potato Patch and enjoyed their day even though they were both confined to wheelchairs.  In her idle time, Pip could be found watching BET, her favorite network, or playing Candy Crush on her phone or Kindle.  Her favorite things were singing, her family, and her beloved church in Pittsburgh's Hill District neighborhood, Macedonia Baptist Church.
