Unexpectedly on Thursday, December 20, 2018, Arpad Biro, age 48, passed away at his workshop. He was born in Parajd, Romania on January 1, 1970 to Juliana and Márton Biro.
Arpad is survived by his wife, Adele Posterli, who will sadly miss him "Szeretlek"; children, Attila Biro, Julianna Biro both of North Jackson; mother, Juliana Biro of Parajd Romania; brother, Karcsi (Krisztina) Biro of Germany and other family members in Hungary and Romania.
Arpad was preceded in death by his father, Márton Biro; siblings, Éva Biro and Márton Biro.
Arpad came to the United States as a refugee from communist Romania and became a naturalized citizen in 1992. He was a Master Woodworker and was highly skilled in furniture making and carving. Arpad enjoyed soccer, playing the trumpet and dancing the Hungarian czardas. He loved to spend time outdoors with his children and taught them the basics of whittling and carving. He also loved traveling to Romania for visits with his beloved mother, family and friends.
