Charles "Chuck" J Dravich

On Friday, August 2, 2019, Charles "Chuck" J. Dravich, age 75, passed away at Select Specialty Hospital Youngstown.  He was born in Rochester, PA on January 17, 1944 to Ralph and Rose (Trupkorvich) Dravich.

Charles is survived by his wife of twenty-five years, Shirley Ann (Fahrny) Dravich; daughters, Chrissy Kelley of Grove City, PA, Heather (Jon) Headley of New Wilmington, PA ; daughter-in-law, Teresa Kelley of Pensacola, FL; grandchildren, Andrew Carey of Crestview, FL, Brandon (Michelle) Cummins of Union Twp., PA, Trevor Sturgeon of New Wilmington, PA, Mariam Kelley-Hall of Grove City, PA, Jaycie Headley of New Wilmington, PA; brother, Robert (Dana) Dravich of Rochester, PA; nephews, Matthew and Mark Dravich, both or Rochester, PA.

Besides his parents, Chuck was also preceded in death by his son, Bryan Kelley and infant sister, Nancy.

Chuck loved hunting and fishing even though his health prevented him from those activities over the last few years.   He found profound joy in watching, "shoot'em-ups," (cowboy movies) with his granddaughter, Mariam, on TBS, when she would say, YES, she'd watch with him.  He did not attend church but was devoted to Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who Chuck called, "The Boss," and he would have been very proud to have passed into the Kingdom of God with over thirty years of sobriety.

Memorial Service to be held at 11 AM on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at New Life Baptist Church, 3414 PA Rt 208, New Wilmington, PA 16142 with Pastor Steven Mikulshi officiating.  A light lunch is to immediately follow.
