Donald "D.O.N." S Bolchalk

Mr. Donald Stephen Bolchalk, age 63, passed away unexpectedly on February 13, 2019 in St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.  D.O.N. as he was known to his friends and family, was born in Youngstown on August 10, 1955 to Donald G. & Ann G. (Fedyski) Bolchalk, both of whom preceded him in death.  He was a lifelong resident of Austintown and retired from the Austintown School District after 33 years of dedicated service.  Don was a kind and gentle man who will always be remembered for his good-heart by all who knew and loved him.

Don is survived and will be greatly missed by his brothers and sisters; Diane (Tony) Buchanan of Greenville, SC, Ray Bolchalk, Rich Bolchalk, both of Austintown, OH, John Bolchalk of Greensboro, NC, Janet Bresnahan of Cincinnati, OH; nieces and nephews, Alicia (Stephen) Shaw, David Buchanan, Christina Buchanan, Joshua Bolchalk, Anna Bolchalk, Connor Bresnahan, Trevor Bresnahan; great-nephew, Lincoln Shaw; great-niece, Liliana Bolchalk and extended family members.

To honor Don’s wishes there will not be any calling hours or service.
