July 21, 1961 ~ December 17, 2017 (age 56) 56 Years OldYoungstown, OH - On Sunday, December 17, 2017, James Buster Tarver, age 56, passed away at home. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on July 21, 1961 to Lee Tarver and Roseanne (McCrae) Tarver.
James is survived by his beloved mother, Roseanne (McCrae) Tarver; sister, Tammy (Ronald) Milner; brother, Kenneth Lee Tarver and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews,dedicated cousins and his companion, Cathy McGuire of Youngstown.
James was a graduate of South High School and was known to be very kind and giving. He loved to work on cars and would do repairs "free of charge" for his friends that could not afford to pay. James was the type of man that will be truly missed.
Memorial Service to be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, 2821 Hillman St, Youngstown, OH 44507.
