Jeffrey Kay Obituary

Jeffrey "Bird" Kay, age 63, passed away on March 25, 2019 at the Grove after battling pancreatic cancer. He was born September 17,1955 the son of Edward L Kay and Virginia (Walker) Kay. He was a 1973 graduate of New Castle High. Jeff is survived by siblings, William (Pamela) Kay, Gary (Jerrilyn) Kay and sister-in-law Carol Kay; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Jeff was also preceded in death by his brothers, Edward and Lance Kay. Special thanks to Mrs. Jackie Bush for all her concerns and prayers. Jeff requested private services.
