On Monday, November 19, 2018, Jeffrey R. Kelley, age 58, of New Castle, PA, passed away peacefully at home following a short illness. He was born in New Castle on February 8, 1960 to Richard and Rosalee (Clapper) Kelley.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Donna (Allard) Kelly; father, Richard (Mary) Kelley of New Castle; mother, Rosalee Copper of New Castle; daughter, Jennifer Badger of New Hampshire; step-children, Jennifer (Tony) Palladino of Zelienople, Joe M. Veronesi of New Castle; brother, Kevin (Lynn) Kelley of Texas and five grandchildren.

Jeff loved fishing, gardening, spending time with his grandchildren and tinkering with his dad in the garage. He was a member of Lawrence County Sportsman Club and Chapter 16 Musky Club.
