On Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 7:50am, Larry James Kimble Sr, age 64, passed away in Hospice of the Valley's Hospice House surrounded by his family. Larry was born in Salem Hospital on August 12, 1954 to Porter and Grace (Rogers) Kimble.
Larry is survived by his beloved wife of forty-two years, Mary Anne (Niddel) Kimble, with whom he renewed his wedding vows with just two days earlier in the intensive care unit of St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital. Larry was dressed in all black and Mary Anne in a beautiful white wedding gown. While holding hands, the dashing couple reaffirmed their love and commitment to one another. They were surrounded by forty guest which included their children and friends.
Larry is also survived by his children, Larry (Kerry) Kimble Austintown, Michelle A. Kimble of Canfield, Holly A. Kimble of Canfield, Kevin (Michelle) Kimble of Austintown; grandchildren, Savannah, Brock, Bella, Libby; sisters, Martha (Rod) Mcewan of Boardman, Betty Ann (Ken) Robertson of New Springfield, Ruth (Bill) Burns of New Springfield, Karen Hoopes of Poland, Donna (Mason) Evans of New Springfield, Bonnie McTague of Boardman and Janet VanKirk of Boardman; brothers, William (Betty) Kimble of Louisville, Donald Kimble of New Springfield, and Charles (Ellen) Kimble of Ellsworth.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence, Robert Kimble; infant sisters, Darlene and Denise.
Larry attended New Springfield Schools in Petersburg, OH and graduated in 1972. He worked in the restaurant industry for many years; ending his career at Thanos Family Restaurant. Although Larry had many interests some of his favorites were playing cards, fishing, bike riding but the one that brought him the most joy was being surrounded by his family and friends.
Family to receive friends on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 11:30 am until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 12:30 pm at the Canfield Christian Church, 123 Broad St., Canfield OH 44406.
