At home on Thursday, February 21, 2019. Loretta (Christian) Bassinger, age 62, passed unexpectedly. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 9, 1957 to George and Helen (Wojnar) Christian.

Loretta is survived by her beloved children, Christine Christian of East Palestine, Doug (Karen) Duygo of Youngstown; grandchildren, Cynthia Linzey, Brandon Duygo, Scott Duygo II, Kevin Childers, Nate Duygo; step-children and grandchildren; siblings, Georganna Hartley of Philadelphia, Bobby Christian of Cleveland, and her "Sister" with whom she made her home, best friend, Gail Minotti of Youngstown.

Besides her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Bassinger, and son, Scott Duygo.
