On Thursday, October 31, 2019, Theodore Bromley Kerr Jr., age 77, of Union Twp., PA, passed away at home with his family by his side. He was born in New Castle on April 28, 1942 to Theodore Bromley Sr. and Clara (Anderson) Kerr.
Ted is survived by his beloved wife, Cindy (Williams) Kerr of Union Twp., children, Theodore C. Kerr of Eastbrook, Kevin Q. Kerr of Princeton, Caleb R. Kerr, at home; daughter by love, Lisa Weaver Cameron of Union Twp., grandchildren, Krag Kerr of NYC, Abagail Kerr of Sheppard AFB, TX, Gabrielle Kerr of CA University, PA; sisters, Patricia (Robert) Fulford of IN, Cate (Kenneth) Snyder of New Castle and mother-in-law, Mary Lou Williams.
Ted graduated from Union Area High School in 1960 and Slippery Rock University in 1964. Afterward he completed his graduate work at Texas Tech, Santa Clara University and Michigan State. Ted taught math and coached football, baseball and track at Shenango High school for 35 years before retiring in 1998. He was also a member of the Challenges - Options in Aging.
