On Thursday, January 30, 2025, Andrew George Myslak, age 82, of Youngstown, formerly of Hubbard, OH passed away at Omni Manor. He was born in Masury, OH on April 26, 1942, to the late Felix Myslak and the late Elizabeth (Kohut) Myslak Ciccone,
Andrew is survived by his former spouse, Phyllis (Skarbek) Myslak; children, Barbara (Brian) Bizub of Campbell, Dianne (Jimmie) Hunt of Brookfield, Carole "Tootie" (Jamie) Collins of Windsor, Canada; grandchildren, Megan (Scott) Cooper of Mars, PA, Sarah (fiancee, Nick Mavros) Kelley of Cleveland, David (Alyssa Bell) Hunt of Newton Falls, Tyler Hunt of Warren, Benjamin Collins, Alaina Collins, Hannah Collins, Samantha Collins all of Windsor, Canada; great-granddaughters, Caroline Cooper, Sloane Cooper both of Mars, PA; siblings, Carme Angulo, Joseph Ciccone both of Sharon, PA, Elizabeth “Betty” (David) Pratt of Sharpsville, PA, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Andrew was an accomplished musician. He played Clarinet and Tenor Sax and sang vocals for the polka band, Tony Klepec Orchestra also known as, “TKO” at many local venues and two large cruise lines. Andrew was a member of Liberty First Christian Assembly and loved to share his faith and testimony of redemption with everyone. Early in his career, he was employed by 7-Up Distributing Company, Stroh's/Kohn Beverage Company and Treeman Industries. Prior to retirement, he was a proud employee of J.B. Hunt with over a million safe-driving miles.
The Myslak family would like to thank Omni West Assisted Living and Omni Manor Nursing Home for the wonderful care Andrew received during the last year.
Funeral Service to be held at 3:00 pm followed by a viewing until 6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Cremation & Funeral Service by Gary S Silvat Inc, 3896 Oakwood Ave, Austintown, OH 44515.
