Antonio Pascarella

On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, Antonio Pascarella, age 71, of Sarasota FL, and North Benton OH passed away at University Hospital – Ravenna. He was born in Baia Latina Caserta, Italy to Giovanni Pascarella and Antonietta (Grego) Pascarello.

Antonio is survived by his wife of 50 years, Phyllis (Kellerman) Pascarella; his son, Giovanni Pascarella; daughter, Antonietta Lightner and husband James Lightner; grandchildren, Antonio Lightner and Alexis Lightner; along with a special nephew, Bruce Scheafnocker and many additional nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Antonio is preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Dellegatta.

Antonio was the owner of Evergreens Tavern in Youngstown for 36 years. He enjoyed fishing and took great pride in maintaining his lawn. He loved life and enjoyed sharing it with family and friends. Antonio was a “snowbird” who divided his time between Sarasota FL and North Benton OH.

Antonio requested that there be no services.
