Youngstown, OH formerly of Sharon, PA - On Friday, April 20, 2018, Autumn Kolsky, age 32, passed into God's care. Autumn was born in Sharon, PA on November 14, 1985 to Tim and Maryann (Fair) Kolsky.

Autumn is survived by her beloved 11 year old daughter, Jazmin Evelyn Navarro, of Youngstown; father, Tim Kolsky of Farrel, PA and brother, Tim Kolsky Jr. of Farrell, PA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maryann (Fair) Kolsky in 2011.
