Beverly Ann Tascione, age 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening, May 7, 2025, at Windsor House at Canfield, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on May 30, 1941, in Warren, Beverly was the daughter of the late John and Eleanora (Bryan) Thomas. A lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley, she also cherished spending summers at the family cottage on Pymatuning Lake, where countless memories were made.
Beverly was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and retired from Packard Electric after many dedicated years of service. She was a devoted member of Saint Rose Church in Girard.
Family was the center of Beverly’s world. She found her greatest joy in time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially during peaceful days by the lake. Her warm heart, gentle presence, and unwavering love will be deeply missed.
She had a wonderful sense of humor that brought laughter and light to everyone around her. Even in her later years, Beverly enjoyed joking with her caregivers and dear friends at Windsor House at Canfield, where she formed close bonds and never failed to bring a smile to someone’s face. Her playful spirit and quick wit were a testament to her strength and joy for life.
She leaves behind her loving children: sons Carmen (Debbie) Tascione of Greenville, PA, and Frank (Cheryl) Tascione Jr. of Austintown; and daughter Carrie (Jeff) Suchora. Beverly was a proud grandmother to Sean (Natalie), Craig, Carmen, Chris, Bryan, and Erick Tascione; Noah and Mason (Morgan) Suchora; and Erica (Austin) Day. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren Aaliyah, Mya, Geovanni, Mariah, and Amara Tascione, and Cora and Bridger Day.
She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Carmen (Edna) Tascione, and sister-in-law, Betty Tascione, along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 48 years, Frank Tascione Sr., whom she married on June 17, 1961, and who passed away on March 4, 2009. She was also preceded by her four sisters—Louise Garcia, Nancy Magliocca, Elsie Blakely, and Helen Boodry—as well as sisters-in-law Mary Flaviani, Clara Racketa, and Agnes Kermec, and brothers-in-law Tony and James Tascione.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
Beverly’s legacy of love, laughter, strength, and family devotion will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew her.
