On Friday, February 28, 2026, Carol Ann Busich, age 69, of Youngstown, OH, passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth Hospital-Youngstown. She was born on July 16, 1956, in Youngstown, OH, to the late Robert and Theresa (Tiraboschi) Busich.
Carol attended South High School and later earned her GED. She had a deep love for learning and was always eager to take courses and pursue opportunities to better herself. Her passion for knowledge was a defining aspect of her life.
Carol believed strongly in living a life filled with positivity. She touched many lives and was known as a kind and loyal friend to those who knew her. Her free-spirited nature, holistic beliefs, strong will, and independent personality made her truly unique. Carol embraced life on her own terms, following her own path with unwavering determination.
She enjoyed attending AMORC's open meetings and had a deep fascination with exploring conspiracy theories, which reflected her curious mind and interest in uncovering new perspectives.
Carol is survived by her children, Tiffany (Vince) Clark of Struthers, OH, and Dion Hanoman of Girard, OH; grandsons, Vincent and Paul Clark of Struthers, OH; sister, Grace Andrzejewski of Dyer, IN; niece and confidant, Divya (Carlos) Mahesh of College Park, MD; and nephew, Valmiki Mahesh of Silver Spring, MD; along with many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
Besides her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Daniel Busich; sister, Mary Lou Busich; niece, Roberta Busich; and her beloved dogs, Lucky and Princess.
A celebration of Carol's life will be held Sunday, March 22, 2026, 3-6 PM at the YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave. Youngstown, OH 44503. All who knew and loved Carol are welcome to attend.
