Carol Ann Peters

On Sunday, April 7, 2024, Carol Peters, 79, of Youngstown, OH passed away in her home, surrounded by family. She was born May 21, 1944 in Youngstown OH to Walter Dixon and Wilda (Maneer) Dixon.

Carol is survived by her son, Anthony R. Peters; her daughters, Carol L. Morgan, Deborah L. Allen, and Cheryl J. Sheiha; her grandchildren, Zackary A. Kish, Jeremy D. Kish, Mark A. Peters, Jasmine M. Peters, Mia Peters, Kaeley Peters, Lamia Al-Fares, Yousef Sassya, Saide Sassya, Thaddeus Sassya, Soraya Sassya, Sameer Sheiha, Nasir Sheiha, Ameen Sheiha, Jarod Elser, Nicole Allen, and 12 great grandchildren; her brother, Jack C. Dixon, and sister, Naomi Schroyer.

Besides her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Peters; her daughters, Mary Ann (Peters) De Luca, Pamela J. Peters; her brothers, Michael Dixon, Jerry Dixon, James “Jimmy” Dixon; her sister Mary Irene (Dixon) Burns; her grandchildren Raven N. Elser, and Hanna L. Sassya.

She loved spending time with her family and friends, and gardening with her husband, Charles. She was a wonderful cook, and she enjoyed baking. She will always be remembered for her beautiful blue eyes, her compassion for others, and her faith and devotion to God.
