On Saturday, March 28, 2020, Charles R. Kelley Jr., age 89, of New Castle, PA, passed away at The Grove at New Castle. He was born in Pulaski, PA on December 18, 1930 to Charles R. Sr. and Eva (Hodge) Kelley.

Charles worked for Sharon Metal Buildings in West Middlesex, PA for thirty years until his retirement in 1992. His hobbies included collecting antiques, collecting different instruments and loved playing the guitar. Charles was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed restoring old cars.

Charles is survived by his wife, Margaret (Marburger) Willmarth Kelley, of New Castle, PA; daughters, Barbara (Jerry) Vanater of Prospect, PA, Darlene (Vinnie) Kelley Santini; stepchildren, Donald Clark of FL, Dennis Willmarth of OH, Jeanne Stanley of GA, Karen Nestasie of OH, Cathleen Weaver of Sharpsville, PA; 22 grandchildren, 29 great-children; sister, Dorothy Gunter of NC.

Besides his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean (Kerr) Kelley; son, Kirk Kelley; siblings, Donald, William, Thomas, Howard Blaine, Paul, Esther Kelley.
