Christina "Chris" (Varkonyi) Jackson

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, Christina May (Varkonyi) Jackson, age 55, of Youngstown, OH passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Boardman, OH. She was born in Youngstown on April 3, 1970, to Richard Varkonyi and Nancy (Kohn) Jarvis.

Besides her parents, Chris is survived by her beloved husband, Robert G. "Bob" Jackson of Youngstown;  sons, Christopher (Hannah Jenkins) Miller of Youngstown, Joseph (Ashley Clark) Varkonyi of Austintown; stepchildren, JR (Vanessa) Jackson of New York, Michelle (Gary) Martin of Winona; grandchildren, Joey Jr. and Jordan Varkonyi both of Warren, Alexa, Alivia and Amelia Ludwig all of Winona; stepfather, Melvin Emel of Youngstown; siblings, Bill Varkonyi of Cleveland, Rick (Kim) Varkonyi of Youngstown, Steven (Jules Schuld) Varkonyi of Campbell; niece, Kaitlin (Justin Ettinger) Varkonyi with whom she was very close as well as, other nieces and nephews; last but certainly not least, her beloved dog and buddy, Toby.

Prayer Service will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 13, 2025, guest will be received two hours prior at 3:00 pm at Cremation & Funeral Service by Gary S Silvat Inc, 3896 Oakwood Ave, Austintown, OH 44515.
