David Michael Lasko Sr

On Sunday August 3, 2025, David Michael Lasko, Sr., age 66,  passed away at Mercy Health, Youngstown, OH, surrounded by family and friends. He was born October 22, 1958 in Youngstown OH to Donald and Margaret (Slavick) Lasko Sr.

David brought energy and laughter to every room he entered and left a lasting impression on all who knew him. 

Known for his booming voice and infectious humor, David was always ready with a joke or a helping hand. He cherished time spent with his sons—whether bowling on Friday evenings after work or enjoying Sunday afternoon pool league matches. His presence brought joy to those around him, and his absence leaves a profound void.

He is survived by his sons, David Lasko Jr. and Dustin (Allexus) Lasko; former spouses Sandra Lasko and Brenda Adair; Brenda’s children, Tim and Scott Adair; brothers Dale Lasko and Donald Lasko Jr.; nephews Tyler Lasko and Donald Lasko III; close friends Rick Brown and Kenneth (Diane) Kolar; and his beloved cat, Buddy.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Sr. and Margaret (Slavick) Lasko.

David’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who shared in his laughter, friendship, and love.
