Deborah J. Finney, age 59, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 4:27 AM at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital. Her daughters, Jessica and Brianna were by her side.
She was born in Miami, Florida July 20, 1964. She was the daughter of Doug and Dee Finney.
She was a 1982 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and a long time Warren resident.
After graduation Deb started working as a waitress. She worked in several different restaurants, but the one she loved the most was Skylark in Canfield. She worked there for years until it closed. She then became a devoted caregiver. She loved her work and taking care of the elderly.
Deb also loved to read and shop. She loved going to lunch with her mom, Dee. She was an avid Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys fan. She loved and cherished her grandkids, Tyler 13 and Aaron 11.
Deb will forever be loved and remembered by her mom, Dee Morris of Berlin Center, her children, Jessica Yoder of Austintown, Brianna Bord of Warren and Michael of Niles, her grandsons, Tyler of Austintown, Aaron of Warren, her stepdad, Steve Morris of Berlin Center, and her brother Christopher of Austintown and last but not least, her best friend growing up, Karen (TL) (Tura) McCall of Augusta, Georgia and all of her aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Doug Finney of Florida, her infant sister, Donita Jo Finney, her maternal grandparents, James C. Larabee and Myrtle Francis Larabee; her maternal grandparents, Pauline Nipps and Jr. L Nipps.
Deb will be remembered for her loving kindness and for her infectious humor. The girl kept us in stitches! Her mom, Dee loved that about her the most - her sense of humor!
Per Deb's wishes there will be no calling hours. The family will hold a private service at a later date.
