Elsie Bell Miller

On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Elsie Bell (Rumbarger) Miller, age 87, of Campbell, OH died peacefully at home with her daughter by her side. She was born in Kittanning, PA on March 5, 1938, to William and Dorothy (Skursky) Rumbarger.

Elsie is survived by her children, Matt Vukovich, Terre Vukovich both of Campbell; grandchildren, Kathleen (Matt Ditillio) Fiorenza, Michael Santiago, Brian Santiago, Nathaniel Santiago; great-grandchildren, Julian Santiago, Elissa Dittillio, Cameron Dittillio, Peyton Dittillio; Terre’s former companion who Elsie adored, Heriberto “Robert” Rosales, and many siblings.
