Evelyn Sarah (Westhead) King

On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, Evelyn Sarah King, age 65, of Youngstown, OH, passed away at Hospice House in Poland, OH. She was born July 27, 1960, in Youngstown, OH, to Donald and Barbara (Valentine) Westhead.  

A 1979 graduate of Chaney High School, Evelyn pursued a career as a hairdresser, dedicating over 20 years to her craft. Her work brought joy and confidence to many throughout her career.  

Evelyn is survived by her cherished daughter, Denise King. She also leaves behind her brothers, James D. (Sue) Westhead, Dwight E. Westhead, Donald B. Westhead Jr., and Ray F. (Linda) Westhead, as well as several nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother William K. Westhead, and her sister-in-law Cheryl Westhead.
