On Friday, March 1, 2019, Frances Elizabeth Bielecki, age 93, passed peacefully at Austintown Health Center. She was born in Youngstown on July 2, 1925 to Jacob and Mary (Hinterhauser) Kerchofer.
Frances is survived by her children, Gary (Debby) Bielecki of Cape Coral, FL, Noreen Shelar of Austintown, OH, Terry (JoAnn) Bielecki of Cape Coral, FL; grandchildren, Gary Jr (Holly) Bielecki of Austintown, OH, Joe (Stephanie) Costello of Canfield, OH, Melanie (Brian) Perry of Chicago, Il, Chris (Margaret) Fecko of TX; sisters, Ann Pallay of Youngstown, Helen Kerchofer of New Middletown, OH, Theresa Gallo of Youngstown, OH, Barbara (Dr. Joseph) Cavalier of Warren, OH; seven great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Bielecki; daughter, Germaine Rogers; siblings, Jack, John, and Tom Kerchofer, Mary and Betty Tondy.
