On Monday, November 2, 2020, Francisco Vega, age 73, of Youngstown, OH passed away at St Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. He was born in Camuy, PR on May 27, 1947 to Nemencio and Elisa Arbelo Vega.

Frankie is survived by his wife, Wanda Torres; children, Elisa (Kevin) Matlock of Youngstown, OH, Francisco "Frank" (Alicia) Vega Jr. of Chicago, IL, Andrew (Jackie Patterson) Vega of Allentown, PA; grandchildren, Adelbert Callahan, Kevin Matlock Jr. both of Youngstown, Joseph Moon of GA, Francisco Vega III, Anayedzy Vega, Jasmine Vega all of IL, Antonio A. Vega, Antonio F. Vega Jr, Cassey Vega, Andrea Vega all of Youngstown, OH, Arihanina Vega, Tirzah Vega, Andrew Vega Jr., Kal-El Vega all of Virginia; siblings Jesus, Elba, Pedro Luis Vega and five great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, Frankie was also preceded in death by his son, Antonio Vega in 2007, siblings Victor, Isabel and Rosa Morales.
