Geraldine Maria DeWitt

On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, Geraldine Maria DeWitt, age 65, of Youngstown OH, passed away at Liberty Healthcare - Youngstown OH. She was born December 13, 1958, in Youngstown OH to Paul and Rita (Travasso) DeWitt.

After graduating from high school, Geraldine continued her education at Youngstown State University, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Education and two Masters degrees. Geraldine was a special education teacher with the Youngstown City schools for many years.

She is survived by her cousins, Louise Aurilio, Frank Esposito, Carl Esposito, Shirley Allen, Lori Cappitti, Tony Maiorana, Marianne Carson, Judy Lascola, Angela Lawkowski, as well as many more cousins; her good friends Marilyn Russel, Holly Wallace and her four-legged loves Kahaos and Blaze.

Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at St. Rose Catholic Church 48 Main St, Girard, OH 44420
