James Perry Deiwert

On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, James Perry Deiwert, age 68, of Brookfield, OH, passed away at Continuing Healthcare in Niles, OH. He was born April 10, 1957, in Warren, OH, to James and Betty (Tidd) Deiwert.

James found joy in the simple pleasures of life and had a deep appreciation for nature. He loved fishing, spending time outdoors, and camping. He also enjoyed raising rabbits, ducks, and chickens, as well as relaxing with a good movie.

He is survived by his brother, Charles Deiwert; nephews Richard (Christy) Biles of Youngstown, OH, and William (Crystal) Calwell of Iowa Falls, IA; and great-nieces and nephews Alyssa Biles, John (Phyllis) Biles, Shalura Biles, and Arya Biles.

Besides his parents, James was preceded in death by his sisters Valura Biles and Cheryl Colwell, and niece Elizabeth Neeley.
