James Brian Ludt, Sr.

James "Jamie" Ludt, Sr., age 55, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 5, 2020. He was born in Youngstown on December 9, 1964 to the late John C., Jr. and Nancy J. Ludt. He was also preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his niece, Brooke Christine Russo.

Jamie leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 29 years, Shauna Pupin-Ludt; his children James (Sara) Ludt and Amanda Pupin, both of Youngstown; his brothers John C. Ludt III of Austintown, Jeff (Paula) Ludt of Poland, and Doug Ludt of Boardman; his sister Jennifer (Barry) Franzese of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. He loved listening to his niece, Emily, play her violin.

His life’s work included construction, towing, and a car lot. Cars were his passion. He was a graduate of Poland Seminary High School.

Jamie will be laid to rest with his parents at Poland Riverside Cemetery on January 11, 2021 at 11am.
