James Walter McIntroy

On Monday, July 27, 2025, James Walter McIntroy Jr, age 65 of Struthers, OH passed away at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. He was born in Youngstown on July 9, 1960 to James Walter and Mary Elizabeth (Hollar) McIntroy.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife of forty-four years, Beverly Elaine (Timlin) McIntroy; daughters, Tiffany (Nick Stilson) McIntroy, Kristy (Andrew) Rick all of Youngstown, Shelby (Larry) Aljoe of Struthers; grandchildren, Michael Sinclair of Struthers, Andrew (fiancee, Taylor) Sinclair of Greenville, Trinity Sinclair of Greenville, Izabella Knapp, Ryan Knapp both of Struthers; siblings, Karen Conrad, Barbara (Chuck) Ware all of Austintown, Walter (fiancee, Debbie) McIntroy of Newton Falls; siblings-in-law on Beverly's side, Diane Timlin of Youngstown, Cathie Hebb, Jack (Brenda) Timlin both of Lordstown, Donald Timlin of Cleveland, Ronald Timlin, Brian (Dottie) Timlin Jr all of Youngstown and Ann (Zane) Pappas of Struthers as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, James was also preceded in death by his grandmother, whom he adored and was very close to, Betsy Morthland, and brothers-in-law, James Hebb and Garry Conrad, niece, Angela Palone-Green, and nephew, Shawn Timlin.

The McIntroy family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Buckeye Hospice, including Chaplin Chad;  nurses, Brenda and Robert; aide Brianna, and social worker, Mimi, for all the time, care, and compassion they've shown to Jim and his family through this most difficult time. 

Family to receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:00 am on Monday, August 4, 2025 at Hubbard Church of the Nazarene, 1815 Cherry Lane, Hubbard, OH 44425 with Pastor Mike officiating.
