In Loving Memory of Jason Michael Pangio
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Michael Pangio, who passed away on July 7, 2026, at the age of 48.
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Jason was the beloved son of Rev. Michael and JoAnn Pangio. He was a devoted brother to Rachel Cairns and her husband, Matthew, Aaron Pangio, and former wife, Jennifer Pangio. Jason’s love for his family was unwavering, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jason had a lifelong passion for music and faithfully served as the keyboard player at Abundant Harvest World Outreach Center, where his talent and heart for worship blessed countless people over the years.
He was also a dedicated businessman who owned and operated his own lawn care service. Beyond his work, Jason invested in the lives of young people through coaching basketball at Struthers High School and Cardinal Mooney High School, encouraging his players both on and off the court.
Jason will be remembered for his generous spirit, his servant’s heart, his love for God, his music, and his willingness to help others. His life touched many, and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, church family, former players, and everyone privileged to know him.
A memorial service, officiated by Rev. Candace Fanzo and celebrating Jason’s life, will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Abundant Harvest World Outreach Center, 104 Idlewood Road, Austintown, Ohio. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance, celebrate his life, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
Though Jason’s earthly journey has ended far too soon, his faith, kindness, music, and love will continue to inspire all whose lives he touched. He will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
