JoAnn Patricia (Sheeler) Mohr

On Friday, October 3, 2025, JoAnn Patricia (Sheeler) Mohr, age 80, of Struthers, OH passed away at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Ellwood City, PA on April 28, 1945, to Joseph Harry and Ann (Kiddon) Sheeler.

JoAnn is survived by her beloved husband, Kenneth D. Mohr of Struthers; children, Carolyn (Richard) Carducci of IN, Danielle (Robert) Sawyer, of NY, Tracy (Robert) Sturdevant of Howland; grandchildren, Jessica Carducci of CO, Richie Carducci, Kenny Carducci both of IN, Nathan (Coral) Sawyer, Leslie (Shreyas Kashyap) Sawyer all of NY, John (Helen) Sturdevant, Michael (Katie Getty) Sturdevant all of PA;  and brother, Harry "Pete" (Peg) Sheeler of PA.

Besides her parents, JoAnn was also preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Sheeler, and Joseph "Butch" Sheeler.

JoAnn spent many years working at both a pharmacy and a doctor’s office, but her true life’s work — and greatest pride — was being a devoted wife and a loving mother. Raising her family was her joy, and she poured her heart into every moment of it.

JoAnn and Kenneth shared a passion for classic cars, often attending car shows together where they not only admired the vehicles but built lasting friendships and cherished memories. Known as the heart of the neighborhood, she looked after everyone on the block — always the first to lend a hand or share a kind word. She lived a full and meaningful life and made sure to say so with gratitude before she passed. JoAnn's warmth, kindness, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by her husband, beloved daughters, and all who were lucky enough to know her.
