Joseph Larry Pitzulo Sr

On Tuesday, December 23, 2025, Joseph Larry Pitzulo, Sr.,  age 82, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loved ones.  He was born November 18, 1943, to John Joseph and Ann Mary (Cammareri) Pitzulo.

Joseph is survived by his beloved companion, Valeria Tountas; children, son Joseph (Katina) Pitzulo, daughter Kimberly (Patrick) Hannon; stepdaughter Denise (Michael) Johnston;  grandchildren  Andrew Pitzulo, Cameron Pitzulo, Tyler Hannon, Aleah Hannon, Todd Johnston, and Logan Johnston; siblings Peter (Pam), Tom (Rose), and Ted (Kelly); as well as his ex-wife and friend Theresa Pitzulo.

Besides his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his brothers, John and Michael, and grandchildren Angel and Alexandra Hannon.

Joseph found joy in running and exercising, often embracing an active lifestyle. He also enjoyed visiting casinos and attending car shows with his son and grandson—activities that brought him happiness and strengthened family bonds.

His children remember him as a steady source of wisdom and comfort. Whether offering advice or simply lending a listening ear, Joseph was always present when needed. His absence will be deeply felt by those who knew him. Love you, Dad!
