Lawrence "Larry" Earl Groves

On Saturday, November 30. 2024, Lawrence "Larry" Groves, age 69, of Youngstown, OH passed away at home with his family by his side. He was born in New Castle, PA on July 27, 1955, to Lawrence sr. and Anastasia Marie (Zac) Groves.

Larry is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Kristine (Reed) Groves of Youngstown; children, Christine (David Janci) Groves, Amanda (RJ) Weinberg, Lauren (Ian Knutila) Groves, Jonathan Groves; grandchildren, Charlotte Weinberg, Alexandra Weinberg, Ava Janci, Emma Janci; siblings, Deborah (Dusty) Altman, Susan (Carl) Latimer, Timothy Groves, and Thomas (Sedora) Groves.

Larry made the most of his retirement as the owner/operator of The Sons, in the Briar Hill neighborhood of Youngstown. He enjoyed camping, canoeing, gardening, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is sadly missed by his family and his wide circle of friends.
