Lawrence "Larry" Partick

Columbiana, Ohio - Lawrence (Larry) E. Patrick, 73, peacefully passed from this life Saturday, August 25, 2018 at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center

Larry was born March 14, 1945 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of the late James Patrick and Lillian Peters-Perko. He worked in  commercial welding and painting.

Larry married Judith A. Guidesh-Hornick, March 17, 1978. They resided in Deerfield, Ohio until they moved to Bradenton, Florida in 1982 where they lived for the next 33 years. Larry came back to the Youngstown area in 2015 after the death of his wife.

Larry loved to fish and paint. While in Florida he attended ministry classes at Christian Retreat and volunteered in their street ministries.

Larry served briefly in the US Navy and was Honorably discharged.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a sister, Kathy Sinkovich and two nephews Scott and Jacob Gallagher of Youngstown, Ohio; a step-daughter, Vicky Beal of Struthers, Ohio; three step-sons, Randall Hornick of Parish, Florida; Richard (Debbie) Hornick of Campbell, Ohio and James Hornick of Youngstown, Ohio; 7 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents and wife, Larry was preceded in death by a brother, Sam Cook.
