Lisa Eleanor Holmes

On Sunday, December 28, 2025, Lisa Eleanor Holmes, age 55, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family. She was born August 20, 1970, in Youngstown, OH, to Raymond Holmes and Stephanie (Collins) Rodriguez. 

Lisa was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her family was the center of her world and a constant source of strength throughout her life. Lisa lived a long and challenging life, facing ongoing medical issues with resilience and courage, always doing her best to keep moving forward.

She was known for her brutally honest, hard-headed nature, but beneath that toughness was a heart full of love. Lisa would give the clothes off her back to help someone in need. She was spunky, strong-willed, and deeply caring — qualities that defined her and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

In her final journey, Lisa made the courageous decision to come home on hospice care, choosing comfort and peace. In her final days, she was surrounded by her loving family. She passed peacefully, in comfort, and with love, leaving this earth gently.

Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, father, and three brothers. She is survived by two brothers, four children, and eight grandchildren.

Her life was one of perseverance, honesty, and love. Lisa will be remembered for her strength, her heart, and the deep love she carried for her family.
