Lisa Sue Richardson

On Wednesday, September 9, 2020, Lisa Sue Richardson, age 58, of Alpine, NY, passed away of natural causes.  She was born in Baltimore, MD on August 20, 1962 to Harvey and Naomi (Crow) Dunham.

Lisa is survived by her children, Jason (Jennifer Viet) Dunham of New Field, NY, Jeremie Dunham of Williamsport, PA, Jessica (Aaron Martin) Dunham of Alpine, Ny; grandchildren, Kara Dunham, Zoey Dunham, Gabriel Falk, Raphael Falk; her companion, Jimmy and her ex husbands, Alan Dunham and Gary Richardson.

Lisa had a BIG personality with her wild contagious laughter turning most frowns upside down.  Her fun loving spirit could even charm the most reluctant person.  She had the kindest soul and would literally give you the socks off her feet even when she didn't have much.  Lisa was a great mother who did the best she could to assure her children a great life.  She was always the caretaker and she preferred it that way, whether it was making the ladies beautiful at the beauty shop with their sets and rollers or caring for the residents at the nursing home.  She was truly compassionate to everyone who crossed her path.  Lisa would lend a caring ear to the patients because she genuinely cared about their stories even while battling her own internal fight.  Her deeds will live on in the hearts of those she touched forever because she was "too wild" to forget.
