Martin John Ridge

On Friday, August 15, 2025. Martin John “Marty” Ridge, age 70, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Youngstown, OH. He was born September 18, 1954, in Youngstown, OH to Donald and Beverly (Colbert) Ridge.

Marty cherished time spent with family and friends. He had a passion for riding his Harley and found great joy in traveling during his retirement years.

Marty is survived by his wife, Roberta; his children: Amber (Patrick) McFall of Cortland, OH, Martin “Marty” of Lake Saint Louis, MO, and James (Laura) of Austintown, OH; and his grandchildren, McKenzie and Brady. He also leaves behind five siblings: Barb (Faron) Deans of Girard, OH,  Don (Tracy) Ridge of Hanoverton, OH, Bill (Debi) Ridge of Arizona, Susan (Rusty) Groves of North Carolina, and Christine (Chris) of Austintown, OH. He is also remembered by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jerry.
