Norman "Bud" Eugene Hancock, age 60, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Hospice House in Poland, OH. He was born in Youngstown on October 5, 1962 to the late Norman and Rayma (Durkin) Hancock.
Bud worked as a security officer for a private security firm for many years and had a love for dogs.
Besides his parents, Bud was also preceded in death by his siblings, Rayma Rouns and Donald Chalfant.
