Pamela Ann Moore

On Friday, November 21, 2025, Pamela Moore, age 56, of Youngstown, OH, passed away unexpectedly at her home. She was born on March 28, 1969, in Youngstown to Laura (Lealand) Moore. Pamela spent her life rooted in the community that raised her.

She was brought up in Struthers, Ohio, where she graduated from Struthers High School. Following her passion for beauty and self-expression, Pamela attended cosmetology school and built a career in the field she loved. Her dedication to her craft was matched only by her vibrant personality—she had an infectious sense of humor and a heart full of kindness. Known for wearing her heart on her sleeve, Pamela had a sweet soul and an unwavering willingness to help others.

Pamela’s love for life was evident in the way she embraced every moment with laughter and joy. She cherished time spent with her wife, children, and grandchildren—moments that brought light into her days. Her fur babies, Sissy and Ollie, held a special place in her heart and were constant companions who brought comfort and happiness.

Always impeccably styled, Pamela adored makeup and took pride in presenting herself beautifully to the world. Her outward radiance reflected the beauty she carried within—a woman whose presence lit up every room she entered.

Pamela is survived by her loving wife of four years, Dawn Weinot; her children, Corry James Pratt and Jeromy Ryan Pratt of Youngstown, Ohio, and Sarah Marie Pratt of Girard, Ohio; as well as several grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Moore, and her aunt Marilyn Hall.

Pamela was a beautiful person inside and out. She is—and always will be—deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. May her memory bring comfort to all whose lives she touched.
