On Friday, October 19, 2018, Phyllis Carfagno, age 59, passed into God's care at the Greenbriar Center in Boardman. She was born in Youngstown on June 4, 1960 to John and Mary (Franceschelli) R Reichert. After her parent's passing she was adopted and raised by her sister, Margaret, and her former husband, the late Christopher Carfagno.
Phyllis besides Margaret, Phyllis is survived by silbings, Mary Ann (Rick) Check of Austintown, OH, Christine Carfagno of Struthers, Michael Carfagno of FL; sister in law, Patty Franceschelli of Columbus, OH, aunts, nieces and nephews.
