Richard "Rich" Bolchalk

On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, Richard Bolchalk, age 62, of Salem OH, passed away peacefully at Hospice House. He was born August 25, 1962, in Youngstown, Ohio to Donald and Ann (Fedyski) Bolchalk.

Richard is survived by his siblings, Diane (Tony) Buchanan of Greenville SC, Janet Bresnahan of Cincinnati OH, Raymond of Austintown OH, and John of Kernersville, NC;  and seven nephews and nieces.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald.

Rich will be fondly remembered for his big heart and quick wit. He was a loving son and brother who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

There will be no calling hours. The family asks that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
