On Sunday, September 20, 2020, Robert Ross Applegate, age 68, of New Springfield, OH passed away in Hospice of the Valley's, Hospice House. He was born in Portsmouth, OH on August 23, 1952 to William Carroll and Julia Rose (Ross) Applegate.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Christina Denise (Dunn) Applegate of New Springfield, OH; children, Jon (Sheila Leonardo) Souders of Boardman, OH, Julia Applegate of New Springfield, OH; grandchildren, Nick Leonardo, Greg Leonardo, Robert Souders; siblings, Julie (Don) Brown of FL, Guy (Beth) Applegate of New Springfield, OH, Jim (Marcie) Applegate of Boardman, OH, Rick (Adele) Applegate of Rogers, OH and nieces and nephews.
A private memorial will be held.
Besides his parents, Bob was also preceded in death by his brother, William "Bill" Applegate.
