Robert Allen Morris Jr.

On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, Robert Allen Morris Jr., age 42, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. He was born on January 18, 1982, at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital to Robert Alan and Carol Ann (Reinhart) Morris Sr. 

He was a proud graduate of Jackson Milton High School. Rob found his career as a machinist at Berry's Global, after being a makeshift lumberjack, where he made wonderful friends that became like family to him.

Rob was fondly and proudly referred to as son, brother, uncle, friend, and mentor. The quote, “uncles are like second dads, always there with a smile, a laugh, and an extra dose of fun,” applied to Rob. He always put smiles on his two nieces faces, Sophia Perez and Ellie Perez.

In his life, Rob loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved to be outdoors and he enjoyed camping, fishing, having bonfires and listening to all kinds of music. Rob was the kind of person you could depend on for anything any time. He always showed up for the people he loved. In the football season, you could always find him cheering for his favorite team The Cleveland Browns.

He is survived by his parents, Bob and Carol Morris Sr.; siblings, Christine Morris, Mathew (Kaitlin) Morris; nieces, Sophia Perez, Ellie Perez; nephews, Jose Perez and Bryan Perez.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Evelyn Burkey Reinhart; grandfather, David Morris as well as, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Craig Beach Fire Department located at 1797 Grandview Road Lake Milton, Ohio on Saturday, March 16, 2024 beginning at noon until 6:00PM.
