Rodolfo "Junior" "Rudy" Rivera Jr.

On Saturday, April 4, 2020, Rodolfo "Rudy" "Junior" Rivera Jr., age 70, passed away at Austintown Living and Health Care.  He was born on July 6, 1949 in Rio Grande, PR to Rodolfo and Carmen (Calcano) Rivera.

Rodolfo will be greatly missed by his mother, Carmen; daughters, Christine Rivera of Campbell, Shantell (Danny) Rivera-Heurtas of Youngstown; grandchildren, Isabella, Isaiah, Damian; sister, Carmen Lopez; nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, Rodolfo was also preceded in death by his sister, Nereida Cruz Diaz.

Rudy served in the United States Army.  He was a very loving and caring son, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.  Over the years he took many under his wings and had personality you could not forget.  Rudy was truly one of a kind and will always be remembered by those who knew and loved him.

During these unprecedented times, our family is not able to hold services, so we ask all to cherish him with your memories.  We would also like to give a special “thank you” to Austintown Health Care Center for taking care of our father, The Rivera Family.
