Roy Denver Brei

On Saturday, May 30, 2020, Roy Denver Brei, age 70, of Edinburg, PA went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  He was born on February 5, 1950 in Sharon, PA to Jesse and Donaldeen Marie (Hassel) Brei.

Roy was a 1969 graduate of Hickory High School and continued his studies at the New Castle School of Trades for Carpentry.  He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, his country and most of all his Bible.  He also enjoyed reading, woodworking, gardening, fishing and will always be remembered for the beautiful smile he gave to everyone he met.  

He is survived by his wife thirty years, Sandra Lee (Faraoni) Brei, his mother, Donaldeen Brei; children, Sara (Robert) Donovan, Frederick Pistorius, Richard (Dawn) Pistorius; grandchildren, Michael Donovan, Alexis (Ryan Dillon) Pistorius, Austin Pistorius, Ashleigh Pistorius, Alyssa Pistorius, Madyson Pistorius; twin great-granddaughters, Aubrey, Rayanna Dillon; sister, Donna Bluedorn; nieces, Kelli Mangino, Kasey McCollum, Kortni Kubincina; five great-nephews and four great-nieces.

Roy was preceded in death by his father Jessie Brei.
