Sammantha Christine Coulter

On Monday, March 30, 2026, Sammantha Christine Coulter, age 45, of Boardman, OH  passed away. She was born on January 14, 1981, in Sheridan, WY to Alexander Clark and Kerrie Lee (Forrest) Coulter.

Besides her mother, Karen "Carrie" of Austintown, OH, Sammantha is also survived by her daughters, Kyleigh (Frank Piccione) Coulter and Grace Coulter; sisters, Karen (Billy) Boone and Nichole Peasley all of NC; fiancé, Mark Backhaus of Boardman; aunts and uncles, including her mother's twin, Theresa (Louis) Zalac of Berlin Center; and her extended "family" of Southside Academy, where she worked as a teaching assistant.

Sammantha had a big smile and a heart of gold. She loved her daughters very much, and she loved her savior, Jesus Christ.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alexander Coulter.
