Sandra Marie (Boggs) Best

On Monday, October 20, 2025, Sandra Marie Best, age 53, of Columbiana, OH, passed away at Mercy Health Hospice House. She was born in East Liverpool, OH, on June 3, 1972, to the late Raymond Edward and Darlene Dorothy (Cornell) Boggs.

Sandra is survived by her children, Linda (Brent) Weaver of Lisbon, Tom (Paige) Best III of Leetonia; grandchildren, Scarlett, Mason, Jace, Jackson; siblings, Buffy Bell of Wellsville, Raymond Boggs Jr. of Hanoverton, and Tracy Morris-Buskey of PA.

Sandra was a 1990 graduate of Beaver Local School District who held careers as a dental hygienist, EMT, hotel manager, and as a customer service representative. She was a proud mom, grandma, neighbor, and friend who loved her hobbies, which included spending time at local VFWs with friends, watching Law and Order, enjoying visits to warm, sandy beaches, and the blue mountains of a cold Coors Light.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4-6 pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Columbiana Manor Clubhouse, 337 W. Salem St., Columbiana, OH 44408.
