Sherry Lyn (Probyn) Infante

On Monday,  April 14, 2025, Sherry Lyn Infante, age 64, of Canfield, OH, passed away at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

She was born March 3, 1961, in Youngstown, OH, to Paul and Marion (Melnik) Probyn.

Sherry enjoyed connecting with customers while working at the lottery booth at her husband's business, Mike's Transmission. She found happiness in traveling on the motorcycle with her husband, relaxing on beach vacations, and going on numerous cruises. An outdoor enthusiast, she loved boating and spending time at her lake home with “The Hood Girls.”

Sherry is survived by her husband, Michael L. Infante, her daughter, Renee Infante, and grandson, Gianni Infante of Boardman, OH, and many cousins and friends.  Her beloved dog Hazel also held a special place in her heart, bringing her much joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Paulette Probyn, father-in-law, Mike Infante; mother-in-law, Mary Infante; and sister-in-law, Marie Infante.

May Sherry’s memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.

A private family service was held with interment at Calvary Cemetery.
