Toni Sue (Sloan) Perl

Toni S. Perl, age 54, of Weathersfield, Ohio passed away peacefully in her home on December 1, 2025. She was a beloved mother and “Memaw” who dedicated her life to her family and to being a homemaker.

She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on February 17, 1971, the daughter of Robert and Penny Galloway. Toni’s greatest joy was her family. She found happiness in creating cherished memories and traditions with those she loved. She delighted in cooking, baking, and making homemade chocolates—a talent she learned from her mother, Penny, and lovingly passed down to her three daughters. Toni also treasured vacationing in Orlando, Florida, where she frequently visited Walt Disney World, her “happy place.”

Toni is survived by her daughters, Amanda (Ryan) Bright, Melinda (Michael) Cortez, and Emily (Joseph) Perrett; her brother, Steven (Alexis) Duchein; and five grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Toni was also preceded in death by her sister, Nikki Sloan.
