Vivian E. (Albrecht) Robertson

Vivian Elaine Robertson, age 79, of Struthers, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, in Youngstown, Ohio. She was born on August 21, 1945, in Youngstown to Moymer and Ivra (Parker) Albrecht.  

A dedicated educator, Vivian earned her master’s degree and devoted her career to teaching at Roosevelt Elementary. She was a member of Bethel Friends Church and was known for her kindness and generosity.  

Vivian found joy in reading and had a deep love for her family. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Richard, and a loving mother to her sons, Daniel Nelson and William Nelson, both of Struthers. She cherished her role as a supportive grandmother to her grandson, Daniel Nelson. Her yard was always open to neighborhood children, reflecting her welcoming spirit and warmth.  

She is also survived by her brother, Michael Albrecht of Lowellville, Ohio and many nices and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Kate Kisak and Marie Moretti; and her brother, David Albrecht. 

Vivian will be remembered for her generosity, dedication to education, and the kindness she extended to those around her. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.

Family will receive friends from 10:00am-10:45am, with a service at 11:00am on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Bethel Friends Church, 2771 Spitler Rd, Poland, OH 44514. A luncheon will follow the service.
