William "Billy" James Anderson

On Sunday, April 19, 2026, William James "Billy" Anderson, age 20, of Warren, OH, passed away unexpectedly at his home. He was born on September 1, 2005, in Warren, OH, a son of Amy Jo (Brandon) Witherow of East Liverpool, OH.  

Besides his parents, Billy is also survived by his; siblings, Pamela (fiancee' Tyler Saad) Laudermilt of Cleveland, Melanie Anderson, Devon Witherow, Daisy Anderson, Angel Anderson, Rachel Anderson, Ariella Bistarkey, Oaklee Kish, Ranger Kish; grandmother, Pamela Headley of Warren, OH; grandfather James Witherow of East Liverpool, OH; aunt and uncle Adrian (Tim) Foster of Warren, OH; as well as numerous cousins and extended family members.  

Billy was preceded in death by his sister, Shayna Shilling; grandmother, Karen Witherow; aunt, Alta Laudermilt; and cousin, Jordan Johnson.  

Billy will be remembered as a fun-loving young man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
